ACTION BY BRITAIN
REPORTED TO BE UNDER CONSIDERATION
TRADE REPRISALS
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) (Received January 11, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, January 10. The Government is considering trade reprisals against Japan, says the "News-Chronicle's" foreign editor. The exact form has not yet been decided but the effect, combined With the already obvious unofficial boycott of Japanese goods, is expected to do further grave damage to Japan's export trade.
