LEAGUE CRICKET UMPIRES
At the fortnightly meeting of the Mercantile League Umpires' Association, over which Mr. D. Calcinai presided, there was a large attendance of members. The lecturer for the evening was Mr. A. J. Wilson, who took for his subject, "The Laws of Cricket." His address was much enjoyed and gave rise to an animated discussion, which was almost as good as a refresher course to some of those present. Mr. Wilson was heartily thanked for his paper.
