NEGLIGENT DRIVING
FINE AND CANCELLATION OF LICENCE
(By Telegi'aph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day,
Alexander James Blackburn, who was found guilty of negligent driving causing death with a strong recommendation to mercy, was fined £25, and had his licence cancelled for three years by Mr. Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court today.
