SUB-CONTRACTING SYSTEM

The formation of a new organisation to accelerate aircraft production is announced by the. Air Ministry.
Vickers-Armstrongs are creating a widespread sub-contracting system which will feed components for assembly into a new central factory under Vickers' control.
