Negotiations have been completed as a result fof which 100 prisoners of war of British nationality held by Gen* era! Franco's forces are about to b« repatriated from Spain. The counterpart of this arrangement affects 10* Italian prisoners of war who, it is understood, have already left Barcelona for their eventual repatriation 1» Italy. ,
