WAIKATO RIVER DRIVE
"Thousands of pounds are lost to Hamilton business men annually because of the poor parking facilities for motorists in the town," said Mr. W. R. Shattock at a meeting of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce last night, states the "New Zealand Herald" today. As a means of alleviating the position,- Mr. Shattoek. suggested the construction of a river drive along the town bank of the.Waikato River.
