MOSLEM DECISIONS
SUPPORT OF ARABS SOUGHT

CAIRO, October 11.
The Moslem Congress unanimously passed a resolution demanding constitutional home rule government for Palestine, the cessation of Jewish immigration, the signing of the AngloArab treaty, and also a general amnesty for political offenders.
The Congress also declared the Balfour Declaration hull , and void,- rejected the division of Palestine, and (Suggested the creation of a permanent commission in Cairo to see that the de« l cisions are carried out.
The Governments of the Arab countries are asked to support the. decisions, Which will be communicated to London and Geneva. If they are not accepted the Arabs are asked to consider the English and Jews their enemies, entailing widespread consequences. . ' , -
In 1917 Mr. A. J. Balfour, British Foreign Secretary, promised the Jews an opportunity to build a "National Home" in Palestine after the in the event of an allied victory.
