The meeting of the International Commission on October 11 has been cancelled and the next meeting will be on October 12, when it is likely that a decision regarding the plebiscite will be made. The Czech For* eign Minister, M. Chvalkovsky, is expected to arrive on October 13 with proposals relating to the relations between Czechoslovakia and Germany, including the adaptation of Czech political policy in alignment with German policy which specifically prohibits the Communist Party throughout Czechoslovakia and demands the suppression of anti-Nad propaganda by German emigres.
