Sir Alexander and Lady Roberts will leave tomorrow night for Christchurch, en route 'to Marlborough, for the wedding of their eldest son, Mr. George Roberts, to Miss Betty Murray, which will take place on Saturday. , Sir Alexander and Lady Roberts will be accompanied by Mr. John Roberts, Miss Noel Dowling, and Miss Erna Porter, and they will be joined in Christchurch by Lady Roberts's sisters, the Misses Farquhar, of Dunedin.

Mrs. W. S. Bean, Addington Vicarage, Christchurch, is visiting Wellingtdh, and is the guest of her sister, Mrs. Frank Hay.

Mrs. B. Lewis, Waipukurau, arrived at Wellington yesterday and has taken up her residence at 127 Glehmore Street.

Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Whyte and Miss Helen Whyte will leave Wellington by plane on Saturday to attend the Roberts-Murray wedding in Marlborough.'

Mesdames Paton (Auckland), D. Arnott (Napier), Morton (London), A. Robertson (Perth), and Miss Jean Robertson-(Perth)' are staying at the Midland Hotel.

Mrs. S. and Mrs. L. Frankle (South Africa), Mrs. J. Webb (Taihape) are staying at the Hotel St. George.

Mesdames Wardell (Auckland), C. J. Burchell (Halifax), Davenport (Tientsin), Alan Shannon (Queensland), Elliott and Miss Elliott (San Francisco), and Miss I. K. Burchell (Halifax) are staying at the Hotel Waterloo.
