"Why should there be antipathy between master and servant or between Capital and Labour?" asked Mr. O. C. Mazengarb, National candidate for Wellington Suburbs, at Tawa Flat last night. . The employer: of today was a working artisan yesterday; arid every boy apprentice had the prospect in private enterprise of becoming a master tradesman tomorrow. Labour was just as necessary to Capital as Capital was to Labour. "We must therefore seek by profit-sharing schemes and co-operative contracts to promote a better understanding between the two and thus avoid this strife and bitterness," said Mr. Mazengarb.
