RUGBY, September 21.

The Queen is to leave Balmoral tonight to return to London. She will remain at the Palace until Friday evening, when she will return to Balmoral. It is understood that the Queen's return to London is for purely private reasons. No date^has yet been fixed for the King's return to Balmoral.

When their Majesties visit Clydebank on Tuesday for the launching of the new Atlantic liner Queen Elizabeth they will make an extended tour of the yard, enabling them to see the vessel from various angles before it is launched by the Queenu
