SUMMER TIME

STARTING ON SUNDAY

On Sunday, at 2 a.m. officially, but at a more convenient hour as far as most householders are concerned, all timepieces will be »advanced thirty minutes in order to conform with Summer Time. The immediate effect will be that daylight in the evenings will last until about 6.30 p.m. or even later if the weather is clear. The really early birds will find that it is not quite so light in the mornings for worm-catching as it has been.
