On charges of drunkenness and of i using obscene language in a public place, Joseph William Gilmore, a labourer, aged 51, appeared before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was convicted and discharged on the first count, and was fined £2 on the second. Pleading guilty to a third statutory offence of drunkenness and to committing a breach of a prohibition order, Daniel O'Sullivan, a labourer, appeared before Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M. ,in the Magistrate's Court todayfl A fine of £1 iwas imposed on each charge.
