ANNUAL MEETINGS
KILBIRNIE CLUB
The Kilbirnie Cricket Club's annual meeting, like those of other clubs, afforded evidence of;the keen anticipation of the coming cricket season. The club was congratulated by the president, Mr. W. M. King; who was in the chair, and by the Wellington Cricket Association's chairman, Mr. J. H. Phillipps upon its successful past season, during which another fine record of performance included the winning of the senior championship. Reference was made by Mr. Phillipps to the popularity of the Kilbirnie ground with the public, arid this was attributable, no doubt, to the amenities the club provided.
