Clarke, and Armstrong (Auckland) are staying at the^ Hotel St. George. Mrs H. T. Morton (Te Kuiti), Mrs. Cameron-Smith, Mrs. J. S. Armstrong, and Mrs. D. A. Morrison (Wanganui) are guests at the Empire Hotel. Miss Bobbie Scott, who has been visiting Wellington, returned to Gisborne yesterday. Miss M. B. McKenzie, home science mistress at the Wanganui Girls' College, has successfully applied for the position of assistant dietitian at the Wellington Public Hospital, where she will start her duties on Npvember 1. Miss McKenzie will be succeeded by Miss .J. H. Wilson, M.Sc, senior mistress at. the Rotorua. High School. Miss . Richmond, accompanied by her husband, Captain Richmond,' arrived at Wellington yesterday, and left last night by the Maunganui for Sydney. Mrs. W. H. V.' Tame returned to Auckland yesterday after visiting her daughter in Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Clark are Christchurch visitors to Wellington. Mrs; H. Coster, Auckland, is visiting her mother in Wellington. Mrs. G. W. Forbes, Cheviot, arrived at Wellington by ferry yesterday and is staying at the Hotel Cecil. Mrs. R. C. Addison, Sayes Court, left by the Maunganui last night for Sydney, where she will stay with her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Storey. . Mr. and Mrs. R.Sunley, Wellington, have been on a motoring holiday in Italy, including the Dolomites, and Switzerland, states "The Post's" London representative, writing on August 18. -Miss Constance Macdonald, A.R.A.D., M.1.5.T.D., Napier, left yesterday by the Maunganui for Sydney, where she will examine the children for the grade examinations of the Royal Academy of Dancing. Dr.- and Mrs.- Bernard Myers are on holiday in the Isle of Wight, with headquarters at Seaview, states "The Post's" correspondent in London. Miss Lola Myers has gone on a cruise to Norway. Mrs. Martin Luckie, Claremont Terrace, left by the1 Maunganui yesterday for two months' holiday in Sydney. 1 Miss Lilian M. Mitchell; M.A., secretary of the Wellington Girls' College Old Girls' Association, who has been spending a holiday at Auckland, returned by air today. ' Mrs. M. Gaisford ,and Miss' Joyce Gaisford, Manawatu, left yesterday by the Maunganui for Sydney. Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Gaisford, Marton, were also passengers. Miss E. Vigor Brown, Wellington, left for Sydney last night: Mrs. E. Sprott, of the Melanesian Mission, has left for Sydney. Mr? and Mrs. W. A.
