TROOP MOVEMENTS
GERMAN FRONTIERS
FRENCH SAY "NOT UNUSUAL"
(Received' September. 3, 1 p.m.) LONDON, September 2.
The Metz correspondent, of "The Times" states that the French authorities flatly deny reports of unusual troop movements in the, Saar and Rheinpfalz frontiers, though ttork continues feverishly on - the German fortifications. The existing troop movements, it if stated, are merely routine reliefs.
