NOT COMMITTED

HUNGARY TO GERMANY

HORTHY'S MISSION

NOT LEAVING LEAGUE

United Press Association—By Klectrlo Telegraph—Copyright (Received August 27, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, August 26. The Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says it is generally believed that Admiral Horthy, Regent of Hungary, who has gone to Nuremberg, succeeded in leaving Berlin without committing Hungary irrevocably to the German camp. He takes Herr Hitler's promise of the frontier being final, but has not been prevailed on to leave the League of Nations and join the anti-Comintern pact.
