SUMMONS CASES

Police and departmental summons cases were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court today by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M. Sub-Inspector D. A. McLean conducted the police prosecutions. A fine of £1 and costs was imposed on Frank Kettlewell for selling milk that did not comply with the regulations. Amor Johannes Fagerholm wai fined £1 on each of three charges of committing a breach of a prohibition order. A fine of £3 on each of two charges of unfairly packing vegetables was imposed on Hop Wah, of Levin. David Menech, of Lower Hutt, was fined £2 10s on each of three similar charges, and George Menchi, of Lower Hutt, was fined £2 10s on each of two charges.
