The Saragossa correspondent of "The Times", states that the Catalonian army is falling back undei; a pitiless aerial and artillery bombardment. Its leaders appear to have given up hope of success oh the right bank of the Ebro, but despite savage fighting, with a thousand casualties, neither side can claim a decision. The Government troojps are showing less tendency to panic than formerly. A Barcelona message states that Junker planes bombed several coastal towns, the casualties being mostly women and children.
