(Special to the' "Evening Post.") DUNEDIN. This Day..

There is an epidemic of German measles going round at- present. -The' Department of Health, is aware of- the--prevalence of this disease, states Dr. T. McKibbin, the District Officer of Health, but it is not a notifiable one. The damage is invariably done before the victims know they have the complaint. The epidemic is not confined to children, adults in a large number of cases being the victims. Some business houses in the city have had their staffs reduced by the complaint. -V.'
