HERR HITLER

TORONTO, July 4. The Mayor, Mr. Ralph Day, following a Nazi protest against Alderman Croft's remark that the Civic Zoo was so dirty that it was only fit for Herr Hitler, has written to the German Consul expressing regret both at the protest and at the remark.
