MISADVENTURE '

LONDON, July 3

At the conclusion of the inquest on the New Zealander Colin Byar, one of two New Zealanders who were injured in an air crash in Surrey, a verdict of death by misadventure wag entered. An expert of the Air Ministry disclosed that Byar was participating in searchlight exercises on an exceptionally cold night at a height of 6000 feet. He gave the opinion that when Byar suddenly descended the change of temperature stopped the engines.
