NOAIO KINDERGARTEN
A happy afternoon was spent by the friends of the Ngaio Kindergarten when Nurse Small gave a very interesting talk about the Dionne quintuplets.
Nurse Small recently returned from a conference in Canada, at which 300 of the most learned scientists, doctors, and nurses from all parts of the world studied the quintuplets. After the conference in Toronto, a special train enabled everyone to visit the children's hospital in Callendar, and pay a personal visit to the quintuplets. Nurse Small gave a very vivid picture of five happy little girls, and dealt especially with their affection for their father, who was present with them, and for their other brothers and sisters.
A posy of spring flowers was handed to Nurse Small and Mrs. Litchfield voiced the appreciation of all present. Mrs. Mathie sang two charming solos, and afternoon tea was served by the committee.
