MEXICAN WRESTLER'S DEBUT.

The visit to New Zealand of Vincent Lopez, the big Mexican wrestler who was the generally recognised holder of the world heavyweight title between Jim Londos and Dajte Levin, has aroused great interest among wrestling enthusiasts' in this country and it is already certain that there i§ going to be a huge crowd at the Wellington Town Hail on Monday night when he makes his local debut against Dick Raines, the hard-battling cowboy from Texas. Lopez's win against Blomfield. who thereby suffered his first reverse for several weeks, gave an indication of what can be expected from him, but his aggressive tactics will have to be seen to be appreciated. In build, appearance, and performance Lopez is the wrestling fan's ideal. There will be amateur preliminaries from 8 o'clock.
