BRITISH INSURANCE MAN j TOKIO, June 28. Mr. Frederick O'Hara, resident secretary of three British insurance companies, who was detained by the Japanese for alleged violation of the military and naval secrets protection law, but was released on his own recognisances, has beeu requested to leave the country.
