PREPARATION IN JAPAN (Received June 29, 10.20 a.m.) TOKIO, June 28. Cabinet has enforced articles under the Mobilisation Act regulating the working conditions in the munitions industry, and ordering all to report their occupations and capabilities with a view to the formation of a national register.
