OBITUARY

MISS MARGARET MCENTEE

After a short illness the deatj. oc- i curred recently at the Wellington Hospital of Miss Margaret Veronica McEntee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P. McEntee, of Wanganui. Miss McEntee was employed by the New Zealand Radio Corporation and her passing was felt to be a great loss to the firm. She was born in Taihape 23 years ago and was educated at the Palmerston North Primary School and the Wanganui Sacred Heart Convent. For some years she was engaged in florist work in Wanganui and Wellington. She had many friends, being a girl of independent and determined character, and well liked by all with whom she came in contact. Requiem Mass was conducted by the Rev. Father A. Hoblnson at St, Mary of the Angels. The Mass was attended by Sir Charles Statham (chairman of the board), the clerical staff of tin Radio Corporation, the residents of the Catholic Women's Hostel, and many other friends. The service at the graveside was conducted by the Rev. Father Hefl'ernaa.
