PLUNKET MEDAL CONTEST
The Plunket Medal contest for oratory will be held in the Town Hall on July 9. The following are the speakers:—Mr. R. L. Meek (Beethoven), Mr. C. A. Myers (Garibaldi), Miss M. Shortall (Komal Pasha), Mr. R. W. Edgley (Disraeli), Mr. D. Freeman (John Cornford), Mr. A. R. Perry (The Young Marshal), Mr. A. L. McCulloch (Rajah Brook), Mr. W. Wah (Wiremu Tamihana).
