The results of the Wanganui Rugby Union matches were incorrectly telegraphed last weekend, and in one instance Pirates were shown tr have carried the day against Marist, whereas the latter fifteen won by 9 points to nil. Old Boys accounted for Kaierau by 17 points to 9. not 12-9 as received by some papers. In the sub-union competitions, Bulls, last year's champions, were "downed" by Taihape Town by 13-0.
