BIG TOTE INCREASE
Fine weather prevailed at Kiccarton for the final day of the Canterbury Jockey Club's Autumn Meeting, and there was again a large attendance. The track, although' a shade improved, was still on. the holding side. During the day the totalisator handled the sum of £36,161 10s, as against £26,240 last year. This made a total for the two days of >£89,487 10s, compared with £69,986, an increase of £19,501 10s.
