PENNANT DECIDED

(By "Jack.")

HUTT CLUB'S GOOD WIN

For the. first time in the history of the senior pennant competition the Hutt Bowling Club has secured the honour of the centre and did so with a good win against the Kelburn Club. The final at Lyall Bay last Saturday afternoon attracted a considerable amount of interest and the spectators saw some good bowling .in" spite of a troublesome wind: '. The Hutt Club fielded a strong team and the Kelburn players had to, play their best to keep pace with the Valley men. WHen play was completed the Hutt Club had won three of the four games and the pennant. The Kelburn players were by no means disgraced, the margin in aggregate points not being great.
