CLAIM BY NAZI POLICE
(Received March 24, 2.20 p.m.)
BERLIN, March 23,
. The Nazi secret police claim that at last they have tracked do\vn the organisers of the "German Freedom Party." which for months past has been broadcasting mysterious radio messages and circulating thousands of pamphlets inciting the people to overthrow the present regime.
It; is understood that a number of men and women have been arrested, including two editors, a former Reichs^ tag deputy, and civil servants, and that they are awaiting trial before the dreaded People's Couft, from which there is no appeal. They will be charged with high treason, the extreme penalty for which is beheading. •
