NO AID TO M. BONNET
DEMAND FOR POPULAR FRONT

After twenty-four hours of activa consultations and negotiations,, France is still without a Cabinet, and M. Bonnet's chances of success seem doubtful.
The Socialist leader, M. Blum, informed M. Bonnet that the Socialists would neither participate in nor support his Cabinet.
The Socialist Parliamentary Party adopted a resolution insisting that a new Popular Front Government must be established.
The Communist Barty issued a manifesto the terms of which are interpreted as a threat of a general strike unless this is carried out.
