GOVERNMENT

PAKIS, January 15,

After twenty-four hours of activa consultations and negotiations,, France is still without a Cabinet, and M. Bonnet's chances of success seem doubtful.

The Socialist leader, M. Blum, informed M. Bonnet that the Socialists would neither participate in nor support his Cabinet.
