AN AMAZING ROUND
John Donaldson, the Scottish-born professional, did an extraordinary round at the Cuddlingtoh Golf Club's links, Surrey, England, recently. It is his home course, and he created figures which will take some beating. He was out in. 32 and home in 29, giving him 61 for the round, 14 under scratch. He returned a "three" for'nine holes in succession, the eighth to the sixteenth; and his card included ten "birdies" and two, "eagles." His card and the scratch card read:—Donaldson—Out: 544234433 —32. Scratch—Out: .: 555345534—38. Donaldson—ln: 333333344—29. Total, 61. Scratch—ln: 435354345—36. Total, 75. :
