United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 17, 10.30 a.m.) OSTEND, November 16. A Belgian Saberna passenger aeroplane crashed at Ostend on its way to Brussels from London, eight passengers and the crew of three being killed.

The dead include the Grand Duke of Hesse, his son, and three daughters.
