PEACE AGREEMENT
BALKAN PACT PARTIES

ISTANBUL, November 16.
The chiefs of the general staffs of Turkey, Greece, Rumania, and Yugoslavia, adherents to the Balkan Pact, have prepared an agreement uniting military, naval, and air forces, and intended for the maintenance of peace and joint equilibrium in wartime.
