BONUS FOR UNEMPLOYED

CHRISTCHURCH, November 5.
The Government is giving consideration to the payment of a bonus to unemployed workers this Christmas.
The Minister, of Labour (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong) said yesterday that: something definitely would be ' done for the unemployed at Christmas. Just what form it would take the Government was now considering. Questions cf 'what holidays would be paid'for,' obt-yr> era-feeing .investigated* •■-<.'
