ROTARY CLUBS TO DISBAND
(By Telegraph—Preaf Association.) . , INVERCARGILL, November 5. Rotary clubs in Germany have decided to resign from the Rotary -International and disband. This action: follows a decree of the National Socialist Party in Germany that members of the party who are. also members: of Rotary clubs in Germany must withdraw from their clubs by December 31. ,' -. ';
Information to this effect has just been received from the Rotary International Secretariat by Mr. F. G. HanJones,; district governor for New Zealand. ,The action of Rotary clubs in Germany in disbanding is stated to be in line with the considered judgment of German Rotarians concerning their obligations as good citizens of their country.
