ASSAULT CHARGE
, Pleading not guilty to wilfully breaking a pane of glass valued at ss, and to'assaulting William Fink, Henry Charles Sully appeared before Mr. J. H Luxford, S.M.,' in the Magistrate's Coi>"i today. Mr. M. G. Neal appeared for the accused, and Sub-Inspector C. E. Hoach conducted the prosecution.
