, Pleading not guilty to wilfully breaking a pane of glass valued at ss, and to'assaulting William Fink, Henry Charles Sully appeared before Mr. J. H Luxford, S.M.,' in the Magistrate's Coi>"i today. Mr. M. G. Neal appeared for the accused, and Sub-Inspector C. E. Hoach conducted the prosecution. After evidence had been heard, the accuse" was convicted and ordered to co«ie up for sentence if'called upon within 12 months, a condition being the paymen* n* costs and repairs to the window. •
