TAMAROA IN PORT
' .The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company's steamer Tamaroa arrived in the stream from Southampton at midnight and berthed at King's Wharf at 8 a.m. today. She brought 134 passengers and 339 bags of mail. The Tamaroa left Southampton on October 1 and arrived at Curacao for oil bunkers on the 12th. She left the following day. Transit of the canal commenced at 11 a.m. on the 15th, the vessel berthing at Balboa at 6 p.m. At noon the following day she proceeded on her voyage, calling at Piten route. Fine weather was .^perlenced the whole way across.
