FOR GARDEN-TEAS
In November we may hope to have some really good days for tea in the garden, and so our attention should already be turned to our garden furniture. Floral coverings have taken the place of stripes in the most up-to-date swing hammocks, umbrellas, deck chairs, and j garden lounges. If you want to be in the fashion this year and have cretonne seats to your deck or garden chairs, make a backing for the cretonne,of linen crash or some cotton fabric, and the seats will be stronger and also will resist sagging. A few tomato leaves placed in the , meat safe will keep flies away.
