NAVAL AGREEMENTS
RATIFIED IN LONDON
(Received November 5, 3 p.m.) LONDON, .November 4. Instruments of ratification of th« AnXcerman and AngkvSoviet naval agreements of July last .were exchanged today at the Foreign Office. The agreements will come into fore* a7from today. These bilateral treaties run parallel to the London Naval Treaty of 1936 and provide for qualitative limitation and the exchange of information regarding future naval construction. • '
