FEW CHANGES IN POLITICAL

RUGBY, November 2.

The latest position as a result of the elections in the London boroughs is that Labour, with 53 net gains, has 732 seats, while the Municipal Reform Party and other parties, with a net loss of 43, hold 505 seats. The London results so far denote few .changes in the political control of the councils. Full results of local elections in the country are not yet available.
