According to Italian commentators, Signor Cerutti is going on holiday, but it is believed his departure is Signor Mussolini's reply to France's nonreplacement of M. Chambrun, th« French Ambassador to Rome when he retired last year, as a new Ambassador's credentials would involve recognition of the King of Italy as Emperor of Abyssinia. France and Italy ara now represented in each other's capitals by Charges d'Affaires. ■ '
Signor Primas has been- appointed Charge d'Affaires in Paris.
