THE SALE AT DUNEDIN

At yesterday's opossum skin sale 50,000 skins were offered. The demand was restricted to the best quality, which sold from par. to ls lower than at the last sale. The other grades met a poor market and passings were heavy.
The top price was 14s 6d for a choice line of Catlins blues. A good line of blacks brought 7s Bd.
