LONDON, September 17.

The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent says that Signor Mussolini and Count Ciano, his Foreign Secretary, during their visit to Berlin next week, will attend a meeting of the German Cabinet at which the Mediterranean problem will, be fully discussed. Signor Mussolini is not expected to take any further step in regard to the anti-piracy patrol until he has consulted Herr Hitler. .
