TENDENCY TO CRIME
STIMULATED BY A DISEASE
EXPERTS' CONVICTION
CHICAGO,, September 9.
State medical experts, after testing spinal fluid from nine habitual criminals at the county gaol, are convinced of the existence of a previously unknown disease which stimulates criminal tendencies.
They issued a statement declaring that if further investigations bear out the theory it may be possible to evolve a remedy; They recommend tests of criminals throughout the United States.
