DREDGING AND SLUICING RETURNS.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GORE, September 6. The Waimumu sluicing return is 28oz 16dwt for 101 hours' work with a gravel pump. The Okarito dredge return for the week ended i Saturday was 470z sdwt for 101 hours. The return from the Waipapa dredge for 134 hours was 9oz 4dwt. The Clutha River dredge return for the week ended Friday was 3030z for 128 hours' work. AUCKLAND, September 6. The Mataki dredge return for the week ended September 5 was 290z for 131 hours' work, and 9800 cubic yards.
