CARS MASTERING MAN

PROFESSOR ON ACCIDENTS

LONDON, September 1

Motor-cars are mastering men, according to Professor Millais Culpin, of the London School Of Tropical Medicine, in an article in the "Practitioner."

He adds that accidents are due to the failure of human nature to cope with the progress of the machine it has created. The car's advance has been more rapid than human adjustr ment to its new demands.
