The annual report and balance-sheet placed-before the meeting was approved andr commended, and the keen interest displayed in the discussions augurs well for the coming year's programme. ■ ;.■.'. ! '■ : > ■.It was decided to seek affiliation with the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association. . . ' ,
The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr. B. C. Ashwin; vice-presidents, Messrs. C. H. Chapman, M.P., R: R.. McKeen,.M.P., P. J. Kivell, A. E. Wells; secretary, Mr. E. M. Edgecombe; treasurer, Mr. D. A. Petrie; club 'captain, Mr. K. I. Hawker; committee, Messrs. C. R. Barringer, E. S. Bardell, R. Collins, R. G. Collins; E. Lindsay, C. A. Shaw; auditor, Mr. L. M. Petrie; ladies' committee, Mrs. E. M. Hawken, Misses J. Kivell, P. Lindsay, D, Wahlers, P. Wells.
